Q1. What was your biggest struggle before working with me?

Honestly, this journey hasn’t been easy at all. I was diagnosed with PCOS, and no matter what I did dieting, exercising, or even trying different weight loss hacks, my weight refused to drop. It felt like my body was working against me, and it was beyond frustrating. There were days I wanted to give up completely, but you were always there, reminding me of my "why," cheering me on, and helping me push through. My biggest struggle was consistency knowing what to do but struggling to stick with it long enough to see real results.

Q2. What made you decide to join my coaching program?

Dealing with PCOS and its symptoms was overwhelming irregular periods, stubborn weight gain, crazy cravings, and mood swings. I was tired of feeling out of control in my own body. After trying so many things that didn’t work, I realised I needed structured guidance and a program that was specifically designed to work with my body, not against it. What drew me to your program was the fact that it wasn’t about extreme restrictions it was about balance, sustainability, and long-term health. I wanted to stop chasing quick fixes and finally commit to something that would actually work for me.

Q3. What results have you seen since starting?

Wow, where do I even begin? My weight has finally started dropping from 95kg to 87.5kg! My body feels lighter, and my energy levels have skyrocketed! My period, which used to be all over the place, is now regular. I don’t feel constantly bloated anymore, and even my skin looks clearer. Junk food cravings? Almost nonexistent! But the biggest win for me? Confidence. I feel so much better in my own skin. I used to hide from cameras, but now I actually want to take pictures.

Q4. ⁠How is your life different now compared to before?

It’s like I unlocked a whole new version of myself. I wake up feeling refreshed instead of drained. I move with so much more ease, and I no longer feel embarrassed about my body. I used to be the person who avoided social outings because I hated how I looked in pictures, but now? I feel vibrant, excited, and genuinely happy. My relationship with food has completely changed I don’t see it as the enemy anymore. I eat well, I enjoy my meals, and I don’t feel guilty when I indulge because I know how to balance things out.

DO IT. Don’t wait for the “perfect time” because that doesn’t exist. This program isn’t about suffering through a diet or punishing yourself with workouts. It’s about learning, growing, and building a lifestyle that actually works. And the best part? You don’t have to give up real food! I never had to starve myself or eat bland, boring meals. Instead, I learned how to eat smart, in the right portions, and make healthier choices because let’s be honest, I am not a garbage truck!
