How to Predict Terrible Diseases Months & even years before they happen…or control the disease if they have already started.
…plus How Scientists are Helping People Live Longer

Do you know that scientists can now predict serious illnesses such as Heart disease, High blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, cholesterol problems…and even cancers?
Way before it happens.
I will share with you how they do it with almost no equipment (just your phone)… and how you can use this to tell when you or anyone else you care about is at risk
In fact, scientists are using this information to help people live longer and healthily without developing diseases that take them in and out of hospitals or worse—cut their lives short before their time!
And if you own a simple smartphone, you will be able to identify, avoid, or control these signs IN minutes!
My name is Dr. Marvy. I am a lifestyle medicine doctor with years of experience working up close with people with chronic diseases, and from experience, most of these diseases can be caught early or controlled—and most of the time when people develop stroke, heart attack…or just drop dead all of a sudden…it can be avoided!
But the problem is most people do not know when the signs start showing, and when they do, they do not have a clue how to control it.
I know you are already curious, so I will cut to the chase and get to the point:
Sickness starts when something malfunctions.
Here is the simplest way to explain this:
Chronic sickness happens when an organ (or an important component) inside the body malfunctions over a period of time.
In many cases, we say the patient has “a metabolic disease.”
Diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol issues & heart disease are some examples of this malfunction.
When this malfunction starts, it begins to put so much BURDEN on your organs.
Death, on the other hand, may happen when the organ gets overworked and stops working—completely.
Just like a car.
Or a machine…
The only difference is that, unlike machines, the human body is always working—whether you are sleeping or awake 24/7.
The question is
Is Your Body Overworking Itself Now?
If you can tell this, then you can predict a malfunction before it happens—and even if it has already malfunctioned and you have a metabolic illness, reversing this overwork protects your organs from complete breakdown!
So how do you tell whether your body is overworking so you can reduce the workload, protect your organs, and prolong your life?
This is Where You Need
BMI & Waist Circumference
To access your metabolic disease risk, you need 2 numbers:
BMI: a number that tells you whether your weight is safe for your height

Waist Circumference: this shows how much fat is in your belly and is pressing against your organs, making it ready to malfunction!

You may already know your BMI, and it may be normal, but you should still check your waist circumference to be absolutely sure of your disease risk.
The BMI on its own is powerful, but it is not 100% accurate.
It does not measure the fat around your belly.
A slim person may have a normal BMI but have a lot of fat stored around their belly area, putting them at risk of metabolic disease.
That is where the Waist circumference comes in.
When you compare the two (BMI & waist circumference) and get a specific range of numbers, then you are able to PREDICT accurately what is happening inside your body.
A high number is a sign that your organs are overworking themselves, struggling to function, and (God forbid) aggressively moving towards failure.
This is what causes people to suddenly drop dead, get a stroke, have heart failure or liver problems, or develop kidney diseases!
Now… Let's look at your numbers
How to Calculate BMI
Your BMI (Body Mass Index): This is a simple way to calculate your disease risk using your weight and height.
All you need is to:
- Measure your weight using a scale
- Measure your height using a measuring tape or ruler
- Use your phone calculator to check the score
Now that you know your BMI, let us check your risk level

Now that you know your Waist Circumference, let us check your risk level

Africans are at increased risk of diseases like diabetes and heart disease, so we need a lower Waist circumference.
Congratulations!!!
Now, you know both your BMI and your Waist circumference.
If your numbers are within the normal range, I want to say, “Well done, keep it up!”
If your numbers are high, that means that you are in the danger zone.
You need to reduce your risk, and you need to do it now!
You do not have any time to waste.
You do not have to worry; I can help you.
